At our ALC meeting on Wednesday we reviewed the sales numbers for June and I couldn’t be more proud of our office and agents….we don’t just “show up” we dominate!!!
KW Frisco increased their listings taken by 45% and dominated by outpacing the market by 42%!!!
We continue to outpace the board by 39% in listings taken volume, 13% in Listings Sold and 27% in Listings Sold Volume! Congratulations and remember you can always get these numbers updated at our monthly ALC meetings. It’s back…by popular demand! I know you’ve missed your weekly updates and my promise to you is that they’re back!
Often times when a person, family, or company goes through a transition (even a positive one) it take a small amount of time to completely make the adjustment and get back into the groove…well this blog got it’s groove back!
I’ll be posting your weekly updates every Friday letting you know about what’s going on in the office, whose having a birthday and the many kudos passed around to this amazing group of agents. If there are any other things you would like to see added to the blog please just let me know and we’ll make sure to put them on here.
Although we have tried to make as many announcements as possible about what the recent transition looks like and how it will affect you I thought I would give another recap.
Many rumors have spread around the office and our local industry that Barb will be leaving the market center…(say it ain’t so!!!)
It ain’t so! Barb will be remaining as a fixture in our office for many years to come…at least if I have my way! As many of you know she has recently taken her broker exam, passed and we are currently in the paperwork stages of naming her the designated broker of our office. If you haven’t been receiving her weekly emails regarding broker issues let her know…not only are they informative but I get a chuckle out of her made up names to protect the identity of the innocent.
As well as being a broker in our office she also has office space in the building that she shares with Jonathan Stroud as they work to build a team. Many of you know that Barb also has interest in the Celina office and it has been a concern to you that she may be moving there…she is not. However, as always she will continue to support that office and provide a high level of training to them.
As many of you know (but some of you may not) I have been a team leader with Keller Williams for over 6 years and was very fortunate to have spent the last 2 years working side by side with Barb, getting to know all of you and how this amazing office has grown.
Although I have been with the office for over 2 years in a different capacity I haven’t gotten to know all of you as much as I would like. I’m interested in knowing about you, your family and your goals for your business. I will be time blocking over the next few weeks to meet with you for just those reasons as well as to see how I can help you as you work towards those goals and grow your business. Please send me an email or put your name on the sign up sheet outside my office door and I will call you to see what works best for your schedule.
In addition to these meetings, please know that my door is always open to you and that I’m hear to help with any problems you may be having as well celebrating the joys in your life.
We are excited about the changes we have been experiencing in our office and look forward to continuing to make this the best place in town to sell real estate, grow a business, and create life long friendships. Be on the look out for construction workers soon…we’ll be continuing the remodeling of our office in the next month.
