Mayor Protem- Jeff Cheney’s Update for the City of Frisco!

·         Frisco Council approved to reduce property taxes from .465% to .461% effective for 2012 tax year.

·   The land located along Lebanon and Teel (Lone Star Ranch) has been rezoned from retail to single family. The new homes will be part of the LSR community.

Phillips Creek Ranch that will be located at Lebanon and 423 (backs to Lone Star Ranch) has released the list of builders as follows:

Belclaire

Shaddock

Drees

Darling

KHOV

Highland

Lion’s Gate

Standard Pacific

·         Lots are scheduled to be available Fall ’12. This will be the next great neighborhood in Frisco
